This full-day event offers expert-led sessions and wellness activities designed to provide actionable strategies for improving mental health and building a positive workplace culture. Tailor the day to meet your business needs and develop tactics to manage stress, support employees, and implement practical solutions for a healthier, more productive environment.

The day will begin with a continental breakfast, lunch is included, as well as heavy appetizers and a cash bar to wrap up the day.
Breakout Sessions:
