We provide mental health and addiction services for children, youth, adults and families.

Mental Health or Addiction Crisis

    • COPELINE 888.285.5665 – a 24/7/365 linkage to

      • an emergency services therapist,

      • child/elder abuse and neglect reporting, and

      • domestic violence support

    • During business hours, walk-in services are available at 12557 Ravenwood Drive, Chardon

      • Monday – Thursday 8am to 8pm and Friday 8am to 5pm

Psychiatry

    • Medication assessment and monitoring provided for children, youth and adults.

Addiction Services

We provide specialized treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and addiction diagnosis. Transportation is available.

    • Adult

      • Comprehensive assessments are completed to determine the type of substance use treatment needed.

      • Individual counseling

      • Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program – Addresses treatment for substance use. Meets 3x / week for 8-10 weeks.

      • Group Treatment

        • Pathways – An opportunity to explore your substance use.

        • Reflections – Early recovery support.

      • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

        • Intensive therapeutic program for adults who have been diagnosed with an opioid or alcohol use disorder.

        • Suboxone and Vivitrol to support recovery.

    • Youth

      • Comprehensive assessments are completed to determine the type of substance use treatment needed.

      • Individual counseling

        • Changes – Addresses treatment for substance use. Meets 3x / week for 8-10 weeks.
